Dr. W. Michael Princell
Dr. Princell has been in private practice as a dentist in Indianapolis since 1989. He is a member of the Indianapolis District Dental Society, Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Society of Dental Anesthesiologist. Dr. Princell's Indianapolis dental practice offers dental services in the following dental specialties:

A native of Indiana, Dr. Princell grew up in the Fishers area where he graduated from high school in 1979. He attended Hanover College in southern Indiana where he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and very active in the student body counsel. After graduation from Hanover, he attended Indiana University School of Dentistry where he completed his degree and became a doctor of dental surgery (DDS) in 1989.
Having completed more than 50 hours of continuing dental education, Dr. Princell strives to provide Indianapolis area dental patients with the best dental services and the most advanced dental technology.

Valerie, Office Administrator
Valerie has been active in the field of dentistry since 1978. She brings to our practice the organizational skills, enthusiasm, and concierge type treatment that creates an enviroment that our patients and the staff truly enjoys.
She attends continuing education seminars to keep up to date with advancements in the dental field in order to bring more knowledge to the office. Valerie has a passion for educating patients about how to optimize their dental health, then partnering with them to achieve the best results.
Away from the office, Valerie and her husband Dave enjoy working out, playing golf, spending quality time with his daughters Kennedy and Alex, and being with family and friends.

Julie, Administrative Assistant
Julie has always been interested in medicine. She attended nursing classes at Ivy Tech and has worked in dentistry since 2003. Getting to know our patients, working with our talented team, and building beautiful, healthy smiles are fulfilling aspects of her job.Julie has a boyfriend and an English bulldog named Jasmine. She enjoys time outdoors, camping, relaxing in the sun, and spending time with her nephew, Jullian.

Tracie, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Tracie trained as a dental assistant with the Red Cross in Jacksonville, Florida. She earned her expanded duties certification at IUPUI. Dr. Princell has worked with Tracie for 14 years. Away from the office, Tracie enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, swimming, and time with her family. She and her husband of 17 years have three children, Tyler, Bailey, and Madison.

Karen, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Karen attended the dental assisting program at Indiana College of Business & Technology, and she has been a dental assistant for 30 years. She appreciates the pride that Dr. Princell and our team take in their work, both clinically and in building personal relationships with our patients. This high standard of care has been her goal in her 17 years with our Indianapolis office. Karen's nights and weekends are spent with her husband of 30 years. She enjoys gardening, boating, water skiing, and spending lots of quality time with her four children and two grandchildren!

Lauryn, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Lauryn attended the IUPUI School of Dentistry, where she attained her Expanded Duties Dental Assistant training and certification. She loves dentistry and has been working in the dental field since 2004. She has a husband Jonathan and a stepdaughter Bethany. They enjoy spending time together as a family and canoeing, riding ATV's, and anything related to the outdoors. She enjoys being a part of the team at WMP Cosmetic & Family Dentistry and is happy to serve and give the patients the best care there is.

Ashley, Dental Hygienist
Ashley grew up in Lafayette, IN, where she attended Faith Christian School. While there, she was actively involved in academics, sports, fine arts, assisting with afterschool tutoring, and later became one of the valedictorians of her graduating class. Since the age of five, Ashley has had the desire and passion to pursue a career in the dental profession. After moving to Northwest Indiana right after graduating from high school, Ashley began assisting for a general dentist in the summer of 2004. In August 2006, she obtained her Dental Radiographer License in the State of Indiana. In May 2008, Ashley graduated with honors from Indiana University Northwest of Gary, Indiana with her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. While in the Dental Hygiene Program, Ashley received the Patricia Hayduk’s Memorial Scholarship and served as the treasurer for her class’ Student American Dental Hygiene Association. In October 2008, Ashley completed her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant training through completing the Northwest Indiana Expanded Restorative Procedures for Dental Auxiliaries Clinical Course. In 2010, Ashley finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management through Indiana Wesleyan University. Currently, Ashley is working towards obtaining her MBA through Indiana Wesleyan University. In her spare time, Ashley loves to spend time with her family, Cocker Spaniels (Peyton and Chloe), and friends. Ashley enjoys soaking up the sun, traveling, camping, painting, drawing, scrapbooking, cooking, baking, working out, playing billiards, playing volleyball, golfing, and watching pretty much all sports (especially the Indianapolis Colts!).

Kimberly, Dental Hygienist
Kimberly has been in the dental field since 1989. She began her career as a dental assistant and returned to Oakland Community College in Highland Lakes Michigan in 1991 to earn her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene.
She enjoys the team atmosphere at Dr. Princell's office where she has been practicing and building patient rapport in soft tissue management. In her free time she enjoys running, traveling, spending time with friends and combines them whenever possible.
