Dr. Princell and staff are the absolute best! I call myself the "problem child". It seems my dental procedures never follow the norm. But Dr. Princell and his staff always figure out the problem and have me on my way with a smile I am proud to show. Dr. Princell is a dentist that cares about you as a person and not just about your teeth. I have been a patient of Dr. Princell for over 20 years. The staff is top notch and they treat you like a friend.

After having “not so pleasant” experiences with the dentist, I became fearful. I would panic just picking up the telephone to call for an appointment. I let my teeth suffer. That’s when I read about sedation dentistry by Dr. Princell. I made an appointment right away. From the first time I walked into his office, I was greeted warmly and put at ease. He explained everything in detail, and a plan was put in place to restore my teeth. With sedation, I was able to have my teeth restored within a few visits; no anxiety or pain. I can’t say enough about what it has meant to find a dentist who truly cares about his patients. It shows in his entire staff. I have said many times, “Too bad he isn’t my doctor, too!” I no longer am anxious about my visits to the dentist.

How many people do you know that actually look forward to going to their dentist? Our whole family does. Dr. Princell and his entire staff have always gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable and like family. Our family’s quality of life has definitely been enhanced because of the high quality of their work and the teachings they have performed. Dr. Princell is the most pleasant, patient, and understanding person. I have never experienced a bit of pain since I started attending this office. Dr. Michael Princell has been my dentist for many years – beginning before he had his present building constructed. I followed him to his present location. I live in Muncie, and many people have asked me why I travel so far. They ask me if dentists are not available closer to home, etc. I have always had dental problems, even as a small child during the Great Depression when dental funds were scarce. I always had a fear of going to the dentist. But Dr. Princell and his staff make patients feel at ease in pleasant surroundings, for which I am grateful. They are interested in my family, and I am fond of theirs, thereby forming a bond of friendship.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Princell since he started his practice with Dr. Cooper, before he built his present office complex. Dr. Princell is truly concerned about his paitents. To illustrate this concern, late on the night of December 23, 2008, and morning of December 24, I had a terrible toothache. I called Dr. Princell’s home phone and left a message that I was experiencing a terrible toothache. Later that morning, he returned my call, and we set up a 1pm appointment for me, even though his office was closed for Christmas season. He diagnosed my pain as due to a root canal problem. As he was the only office person present, Dr. Princell did a partial root canal procedure, then drained, and packed the canal. He gave me pain medication to take the office and a prescription to use, if needed, after I got home (Muncie, IN). I got an appointment at a later date to have the entire root canal procedure completed when he had the trained and proper personnel present to assist him.

We enjoy going to Dr. Princell for our dental needs, as the entire staff is so friendly, professional, and they show a genuine interest in each patient so that everyone feels welcome at every dental appointment.

I have been with Dr. Princell for several years. Prior to becoming a patient, I would avoid the dentist unless it was urgent, although I knew it was important. I have completely changed my thought process regarding my dental health due to the care I receive from Dr. Princell and his staff. I have never had a dentistry personally check on me the night of my surgery, and the staff is amazing.

The value I have gained from making WMP my primary dental care facility is something I treasure. My dental health has improved, and I’ve gotten over all my previous fears I had of the dentist’s office. I now have a place to go where they care and listen to me. My level of comfort is a priority, and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure it. I have received consistent quality care, and this is something we are missing in society. I recommend WMP to all I can and love the work they have done for me and my family.
